What is the purpose of your role
You ensure that all steps in the production process run smoothly and are executed successfully in a safe manner.
What will you do
Adding liquid and powder ingredients to a mixing vessel to prepare the feedstock for the bioreactor.
Setting up and adjusting the production line in the factory. Preparing the materials and equipment required for a batch.
Cleaning equipment in preparation for a production run and again at the end of a batch.
Monitoring and controlling the production process.
Following the operating procedures during the process and filling in protocols to record the data.
Resolving problems on the production line and looking ahead to see how problems can be prevented.
What are we looking for
You have a MBO diploma as Mechanical or Process Operator A.
You have worked in a food factory or, for example, in a brewery previously.
You are passionate about our mission and excited about working in a commercial start-up environment with a ‘can do’ state of mind.
You are a hardworking, organised and dedicated team-player with a flexible attitude and remain positive when priorities change.
Maintaining quality and safety are important to you.
Permission to work in the Netherlands (essential).
Willingness to work on a shift schedule. We have an Overtime policy.
