Ohayo Valley was founded in 2020 by one of the world’s earliest pioneers in the cultivated meat industry, Dr. Jess Krieger, to develop cultivated wagyu ribeye and other beef products. In 2010, she became the first scientist in the world to build a career exclusively in cultivated meat science.
